Fundraising Action Plan Workshop

This workshop enables you to create a balanced action plan that efficiently uses your time and existing resources to achieve your fundraising goals.

What, Who & Why

The workshop is designed for small-medium nonprofits who seeks greater financial self-sufficiency and diversity in their funding sources.

Successful nonprofit fund development begins with organization wide ownership, strategic positioning of the organization and fundraising-business planning. We take time to clarify the “what”, “who” & “why” and then addresses the “how” which results in more involved, knowledgeable and capable staffing with enhanced fundraising abilities.

Logistics

Mode: In-person or virtual.

Duration: 3-4 days over a two week period; 18-24 contact hours.

Group Size: 12-24 from a  single organisation or as an open program for a pod of 6-9 organisations represented by 2-3 mid-senior level staff each.
